Sister Therese Elias

Therese Elias OSB was mentored in Celtic Pilgrimages by Esther de Waal and Marcus Losack. So far, she has led 20 pilgrimages to Ireland, Scotland and Wales - many with repeat participants.

She is a retreat director, spiritual advisor and lecturer with specialties in Benedictine spirituality, the mystics, contemplative prayer and Celtic spirituality. A former college Religious Studies instructor, she has bachelor's and master's degrees in Theology and has done extensive graduate work in Spirituality and Spiritual Direction.

Sister Therese has been in full-time retreat ministry and spiritual direction for over 30 years. Therese also directs Benedictine Oblates. She is a Benedictine Sister from the Monastery of Mount St. Scholastica in Atchison, KS, USA.
