Responsibility:

This pilgrimage is arranged by Mount St. Scholastica, Inc., a Kansas nonprofit corporation ("Mount St. Scholastica"). Mount St. Scholastica will purchase transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurant and other services from various independent suppliers that are not subject to its control. Mount St. Scholastica does not assume responsibility for nor shall it be liable for personal injury or property damage that may occur due to (1) any act or omission of such a supplier, or (2) defects in or failures of any aircraft, vessel, vehicle, or other means of transportation that is not under its control. Mount St.Scholastica also reserves the right to withdraw a tour or any part of it, to make such alterations in the itinerary as it deems necessary or desirable, to refuse to accept or retain as a member of any tour any person at any time, and to pass on to tour members any expenditures or losses caused by delays or events beyond its control. In view of the statutory or contractual limitations that may apply to illness, personal injury, or property damage, purchase of medical insurance is required and travel, accident, or baggage insurance is recommended. Mount St.Scholastica reserves the right to adjust U.S. dollar prices to reflect major fluctuation in the Foreign Exchange Markets from the exchange rate of November 1, 2007. Withdrawal from a pilgrimage within 6 weeks of the departure date will result in forfeiture of total payment. For this reason travel insurance is highly recommended.
Your booking is subject to these terms and conditions, and any claim or dispute shall be governed by Kansas law and subject to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the court located in Atchison County, Kansas, USA.
