Monday, September 8 Arrive in U.K.; relocate to Belmont Abbey's guesthouse. Late afternoon: orientation, introductions. Hedley Lodge
Tuesday, Septermber 9 Lectures with Esther De Waal; afternoon trip to Dore Abbey. Hedley Lodge
Wednesday, September 10
St. Mary's at Monmouth; lunch at
Tintern Abbey followed by self-guided tour of Abbey; Holy Well at Trelleck; Tymawr Convent.

Lectures with Esther; free afternoon or optional trip to Hereford Cathedral and Mappa Mundi.

Friday, September 12 Pilgrim walk to Partrishow Church, Hermitage and Holy Well; lunch at Llanthony Priory,; visit St. Mary's Church at Abervagenny; meet with Michael Woodward. Hedley Lodge
Saturday, September 13 Richard Birt on Thomas Traherne; Rowlestone and Esther's cottage; Kilpeck Church. Hedley Lodge

Monday, September 15 Morning tour of St. David's Cathedra and Bishopric; mid-afternoon tea at St. Non's (St. Non's Church); healing service at St. Non's Well. Old Cross Hotel
Tuesday, September 16 Pentre Ifan Neolithic Burial Chamber; Nevern High Cross and Pilgrim Path; afternoon departure for Belmont. Hedley Lodge

For the Celtic Christian, there was no divided church. We walk today in that truth: one Lord, one spirit, one baptism.

Approaching the journey as a pilgrim does not make it grim-faced tedium. There is tremendous joy, a wonderful opportunity to connect with like-minded people and plenty of just plain fun. Look at the page produced by the pilgrims from the 2003 Scottish Pilgrimage to see what the experience meant to them.
